Personal data processed by Yigit Communications and processing purposes
The personal data processed by Yigit Communications are collected to identify and contact employees of its customers or external partners: surname, first name, business or private e-mail address if provided, default language, phone number, organization, role, business or private address if provided, and gender.
Employees of an organization that has a contractual relationship with Yigit Communications
The identification and contact details of employees of suppliers or organizations that have a contractual relationship with Yigit Communications are processed to enable general management by Yigit Communications.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
The personal data mentioned above processed by Yigit Communications are never passed on to third parties, with the exception of data that must be passed on to the competent authorities on the basis of the law or in the context of legal proceedings.
Storage duration of personal data
Yigit Communications retains the personal data listed for the time necessary for the execution of its activities, with the exception of cases where the law imposes a longer retention period in the context of legal proceedings.
Rights of persons concerned by the personal data processed
Access to personal data
You have the right to look into the personal data that concern you, as well as the specific characteristics of the processing carried out by Yigit Communications, including the purpose of processing of these data and you can request a free copy of these data.
Rectification or erasure of personal data
You have the right to demand that inaccurate data concerning you are corrected or completed as promptly as possible.
You may require that the personal data relating to you are erased as soon as possible when that data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed, when there is no longer any legitimate purpose for processing the data, when you withdraw your consent for the processing of certain data or when Yigit Communications can no longer rely on any other legitimate purpose for processing the data.
Objection to the processing of personal data
With the exception of personal data that are necessary for compliance with the contractual or legal obligations of Yigit Communications, you may object at any time to the processing of the personal data that concern you for important and well-justified reasons.
Right to withdraw your consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time if the legality of the data processing is based on your consent. The processing of this data before the withdrawal of consent remains valid.

You will be notified of the response to this request as soon as possible and in any case within one month after receiving the request. If necessary, this period can be extended by two months, taking into account the number of requests and their complexity.
